What is BLURB!

Blurb! is an interactive online copywriting service like no other – specifically tailored to the needs of real estate professionals both in residential sales and property management. It’s your very own personal copywriter on call 24/7 whenever and wherever needed.

How does BLURB! work?

So much more than a simple cut-and-paste tool, Blurb! uses complex AI algorithms and machine learning to determine, reason, coordinate and create relevant blurbs. Matched with dedicated backend servers, it delivers instantaneous blurb generation for both wired and mobile devices.

Who is BLURB!?

Created by of one of Australia’s leading property copywriters in collaboration with a world-class development team, the success of Blurb! is based on learning and replicating the author’s distinctive writing style and applying it to your individual requirements.

Why do I need BLURB!?

1 – Not all sales agents have access to – or the resources for – a professional copywriter. With the unique ability to deliver finished ads instantaneously, Blurb! provides an affordable, efficient and effective tool in this process.

2 – For property managers, there are few landlords willing to pay for professional copywriting. As a result, rental ads are often poorly written or simply recycled form the previous campaign – and the campaign before that! Again, Blurb! provides a wonderfully simple yet powerful tool to make all your rental ads stand out from the crowd.

3 – Haven’t secured the listing yet? Imagine going to your next valuation or listing appointment with the copy already written! Prospective vendors and landlords alike are sure to be impressed by your initiative and professionalism as you present this key marketing component in your presentation.

How do I make a Blurb!?

It’s complex, but we’ve made it simple. The interface is extremely user-friendly with its easy-to-use point-and click process. Once you’ve chosen the type of property and added the basic building blocks of the floorplan (bedrooms, bathrooms, living spaces, etc), you can then add as much or as little as you want in regards to the property’s features.
